I wouldn't say he broke the rules you put in, but this is one of those cases where he is trying to interrupt someones game play in a way that it would make all of gmod unplayable (especially if he unbound all of his keys). New players shouldn't be tormented by these trolls and I have a very low tolerance for them. I banned the player for 3 days so that he can not enjoy our servers for the weekend.
