(Flinging props around aimlessly; using prop/s to launch yourself up to a higher spot) Briefly explain what happened: Well, we had votekicked him numerous times before that, and even in one picture I actually have a screenshot of the votekicks. We had to have kicked him 4 times and he just kept joining back in and continues to break rules. He even decided to come back and say some very immature words.
