Briefly explain what happened:
Was repeatedly money rounding despite several warnings from me to refrain from doing such acts. "[Turtle]Jose King Of Inferno" got so arrogant to even tell me that he disregards the rules at all and had his friend prop push other people during the server.

They decided to insult and spam the chat with caps as well as doing prop pushing. When confronted, they even dared the claim that they were "helping" the user by putting dumpsters on people's boats and doors.
