That's a glitch with the source engine itself and something that sometimes can't be avoided, although they could've killed themselves it isn't necessarily a punishable bug, since it's something that can't be fixed and happens sometimes.

 

You can even kill them if you play competently, lol. Well, everything is said above, so denied
