Hello I am Wheat as you can see. I'll admit to what I did wrong, but [VT] CounterCraftz left out some other important parts to his ban requests. 1) Skyboat: I did build a skyboat. However my friend Quinn and I went there when there wasn't anybody in there except for one AFK guy. So me and him just had fun. I built a skyboat, prop spammed and messed around with my friend. But 2 or so people came and the skyboat was already built [VT] CounterCraftz knows this and just like to get people banned. I wouldn't have built it if it wasn't just me and him. I'm sorry for using it for that round though. I shouldn't have done that. 2) Disrespectful: I was disrespectful to [VT] CounterCraftz, but he was just fishing for it. He was being both passive aggressive and directly aggressive before we retaliated against him. He conveniently screenshot only when we were in the wrong and when he looked innocent. Like I said, he was just fishing for more "evidence" because he wants to get people banned. That's why I called him a "condescending prick", he was acting high and mighty like a spoiled brat. But frankly I shouldn't have retaliated at all. 3) as for my friend Quinn, he prop blocked and prop pushed only in retaliation as well. However even though it doesn't justify his actions, [VT] CounterCraftz left his area and said "BRB" pretending to be AFK. Conclusion...Except for my skyboat, the rest of this evidence and our actions was just entrapment. This whole situation is a farce. So I will accept my punishment, just do something about [VT] CounterCraftz. All he wants is trouble. As u can see by all his other ban requests. Sorry for this inconvenience, I take responsibility for my actions. Thank you, Jaryd
You wouldn't have done this in the first place as you have closed the MOTD at server start. I do however make ban requests, not just because I don't like them for this this that but it is clear that if you closed the MOTD, you surely know the rules. Yes I do admit that I disrespected Wheat but it hasn't gone that far when I said "Your team sucks." When I said 'BR for Quinn too', Quinn starts to go it out loud. Wheat goes out loud as well It is also a shame that they are dissing me for having 2 days and 15 hours currently on the server. Quinn goes out again. As Wheat said in console, 'you were the instigator, that was ur goal'. I agree with that as a Player's role is to encounter and player(s) breaking any sever rules. I might have been thirsty and eager to post this ban request as I was pissed. EDIT: I 'pretended' to be AFK due to the fact I was uploading videos for this current ban request. I have a duel monitor and I have GMOD still opened as the matter of the fact. As a player's job, you are suppose to report players who are breaking server rules as stated. I did my part of the job by doing that as well. Quinn and Wheat did their fair share of crimes as stated above. I do apologize too. I encouraged you to counter-claim the Ban Request and you did. Thanks.
In the 3rd video, around 0:15, the in-game background noises stopped as I was alt-tabbing to pause the youtube video I was watching during Blizz Tournament
I hardly see how telling someone their team is bad is considered instigating to the point that you have to disrespect the person who said it. If you get offended by that so badly, then the internet is probably not the best place to spend your down time. With that said, I'm in a good mood because it's Friday and I don't want to mess up someones potentially fun Flood time for the weekend. So I'm going to give both of them a pass this time. However, if I see that @Wheat or Quinn have broken the rules again, I won't hesitate to ban them permanently next time. Be nice to each other and have fun. Smack talk is to be expected, so don't take it so seriously. Thread closed.
