    I originally thought of adding more to increase the buoyancy of some small boats players make

    In theory this works, but I forgot some could abuse the size of them and make boats with just those props.

    (Though we could also use it for that)

    We want to avoid adding or buffing small props, specifically for the reasons stated above. If something feels too over or under-powered, feel free to open up a discussion here, #prop_suggestions or on this thread and I'll be able to make those changes.
