Tournament Flood Tournament (Spring 2019)

Per Rick's thread, we are making another reiteration of the tournament under my supervision.

• Tournament Registrations will end at February 31st for all gamemodes.
• After Registration, we expect all participants to finish their matches by May 31st.* Updated: 2/5/2019
• The tournament will be extended for 1 more month (June 31st) under a case by case basis.

TOURNAMENT BASIS

• There is no registration fee for the tournament but you will be heavily penalized if you decide to dropout.
• It will be up to the players to organize and settle tournament matches to satisfy everybody's timezones.
• There will be a locked tournament-exclusive server for you to join at any time should you decide to fight each other.
• Players are responsible for keeping record of the match through some form of video recording (source demo, shadowplay, etc.), confirmation from a staff member (i.e: @counter) or universal agreement between all team members.
• In the event that a teammate decides to dropout, the other player will receive an accommodation throughout the rest of the tournament.
• If an entire team is unable to attend a match (within reasonable timeframe), they will be removed from the tournament.
• The amount of people allowed in a team (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, etc.) will vary on how many players join the tournament.
• At the conclusion when we are no longer accepting registrations, players will be allowed to create their own team but will only be asked to switch if there's a conflict or to accommodate for another player before officially starting the tournament.

CONDITIONS
First, all players must decide unanimously which of the following conditions should be allowed during their match:

• General
  • Practice Match(es) before the start of the tournament
• Weapons/Tools
  • VIP (noclip, famas, healing stick and VIP tools)
  • Event Weapons
  • Predator Missile

In the event that all players do not agree upon a practice match(es), they will instead be allowed to prepare or improvise build strategies for 5-10 minutes before the first round. After that, the round will be restarted and the tournament will officially begin with no breaks.

In addition, a team must win all 3 full rounds to progress within the bracket. This is to ensure that there are no tiebreakers that may occur in a match and to give the opposite team to carry.

You must also join our Discord server to keep up to date with important information regarding the tournament and to organize matches with other teams. If you do not join, you will be not eligible to participate. There are no other exceptions.


PRIZE POOLS
Rewards will be factored on how many teams played at least 1 full match, including compensation taken away from dropouts.

1st Place

• $600,000 Cash
• 200 tokens
• Silver VIP or 1 exclusive player cosmetic/accessory (under certain limitations; see this thread)
• Exclusive Accessory
• Forum and Discord Rank
• Steam Game under $15 USD, courtesy of @counter

2nd Place

• $400,000 Cash
• 150 tokens
• Bronze VIP or 1 playermodel/accessory of choice (regardless of VIP) in our current roster
• Exclusive Accessory
• Forum and Discord Rank

3rd Place

• $250,000 Cash
• 75 tokens
• Exclusive Accessory
• Forum and Discord Rank

Additionally, all players that complete their matches will receive a participation reward.

Rewards are subject to change under Donkie's discretion. Prize Pool changes will be made before the start of the tournament.

By signing up and at the start of the tournament, you agree to the tournament basis and consent to have cash, tokens and/or items (within reasonable measure) taken away from your account in the event that you decide to drop out from the tournament.
