A new update was released last week for this mod. It's been around for a long time, last update was 2 years ago. Some major overhauls in textures, weapons, playability, and maps. If you ever played Goldeneye on N64, you will definately love this. If you never played it before, you are missing out on one of the best FPS games ever. Counter should be setting up our community box to run a server for a while. Once it's up I'll update this post. I'd like to get together one night soon, preferably this saturday, and get a full server going full of our beloved community members.

This is a third party Source mod that is not available on steam. You will need to download the game here, install, restart steam and then install Source SDK base 2007 (should automatically download when you try to run the game). You can add a non-steam game shortcut to your steam library after it is finished installing.

    Notes:
-This is a free mod, no purchase required and it's not a Free2Play model.
-This game does not work on Mac

Well not F2P as that implies in game purchases. It's a completely free source mod. If you have gmod then you can download and play it as described above.

Don't see the mod, it's not in any of my folders. I downloaded the .zip and put it in my sourcemod then restarted steam.

It's not a steam game, it's a source mod, therefore will not show up automatically in steam. You have to click Add Non-Steam game then browse for the application itself. I can't check right now, so I can't remember where it installs exactly, but it has to be either in your steam apps folder somewhere or just in your Program Files. Folder should be gesource or goldeneye source.

It should be in program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/sourcemods/

Verify it installed correctly. If it's not there then you did something wrong.
