I've been using Windows Defender and Malware Bytes. In my opinion common sense it all that's needed, ex: don't give admin permissions to random items/don't click stupid stuff on the internut. Any suggestions for some solid anti-virus software that could further back my PC up in case the worse happens? Ty
just don't download anything 4head kaspersky helped me when I had a virus that no other anti virus could get rid of would recommend uwu
"You're not gonna have STD's if you don't fuck." In other words: You don't need it if you dont browse internet for hours and hours. Or check someone else's flashdrive. Nothing happens if nothing is happening.
yo if ur scared of viruses call my friend Raj, he works for the IRS and has a 401k, he is also from india
I don't protect myself from them because I don't get them. Try using a VM if you plan to install something fishy.
Smart web browsing is your best action. Sure it's nice to have some software that prevents or removes viruses, but in the end, not going to these websites that have them will help. My best friend is uBlock Origin due to it blocking most ads and popups that result in malicious files being downloaded without my consent. Most viruses and malware are installed via these forceful pop ups. Using both smart browsing and uBlock, I cant remember the last time I had a virus.
I'm one of the persons that intents to download cracks, because of the lack of tmy own budget. I'm rather use the basic Windows Defender & Firewall(it's not that bad) than Anti Viruses from those fuckers who spam you with it´s pop ups to get a 90% special discount offer right in your desktop I have to disable the Windows Defender & Firewall sometimes, because downloading Windows Products tends the Anti Virus to go sicko mode
