I was speaking with @Frozen♡Humanity yesterday and this question was brought up, if you could return to one point in history when would it be? I found this quite interesting as it gives you a lot of choice in what sort of historical memory you would like to live in, I chose the Stone Age, on the basis that I'd like to see the early stages of the world and what it was like before it is today. And also to see part of evolution take place. I'd be very interested in seeing what time period you guys would go to.
By going back in time and interfering with the early stage of humanity you will 100% cause a time paradox and re-write the future.
Actually I wouldn't want to time travel in to the past unless I could go back to the present, imagine being stuck in 200000bc with a bunch of hooligans and literally 0 facilities or entertainment.
Collect a large amount of modern-day weapons, travel back in time, conquer the now primitive powers of the Bronze Ages, and etch my name into history. (just kidding) Probs go back and see my relatives that are no longer on this earth.
In 1993 there was a concert in Brooklyn where Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur did a freestyle together. It would have been amazing to see them both in person. Spoiler
1960s - some of the best ever music is being produced, the hippie movement intrigues me, boxing was great, England win the World Cup, summer of love, cars like the Lamborghini Miura and Ferrari 250 are about. Peace, love, revelations, ideas, everything. But mainly coz I'd want to see the Beatles play.
The future fgts (Past only fucks everything up and you risk erasing yourself, but if you go in the future and use that to your advantage you are only ruining the lives of people you don't know/care about )
Thinking about it , I'd love to go back to 2009-2010. That's when I met my first best friend and we'd hang out all the time. Unfortunately he had to move house , since we lived so close I never bothered to grab his phone number. I think he didnt have one at the time , and back then social media wasn't really that popular so the only way we talked was in person I haven't been in contact with him since he moved away. It's been so long it feels like it was all a dream , I haven't really had any "best friends" since tbh.
