Looking at the screenshots I can see that Diabolical Squeaker has made his boat invisible. He will get a 1 day ban (Normally 3 days) only because I can't tell if he was abusing it or just didn't read the rules. Retromod will not receive a ban as there is insufficient evidence to warrant a punishment. As a matter of fact, the photo you provided only shows him as a spectator ghost.
