New prop does not work

    that's the prop.
    doesn't work for anyone because the prop limit is set to 0.

    This is an issue that @Donkie will need to look into when possible. On the other hand I'm sort of glad they can't be used yet because their stats need improvement.

    I think Dawson told me that both of the new props are still on WIP in US #3. One of them is a kiosk while another is the life raft.
