Look, some of you may think that taking away 50% health on someones boat may be a good idea, but it is annoying af. I think that it should be removed, and that we go to the old method.
The old method was the annoying one because players could keep bouncing on your boat in till they finally die off. Some players would even keep bouncing/balancing on someone's head without their own boat and sometimes even survive the round like that but they fixed that by adding damage if you touch someone's boat which was an amazing idea to prevent this.
It can be bullshit too because if you accidentally walk on someone's boat, you die instantly. I believe just only taking damage should be added. ~15 HP per second so getting on someone's boat isn't as good as standing there on water.
Even Though I'm Not Post To Be Here I Kinda Agree With This Thread That Rogers Made Because Therese A Glitch To Were If Your On Your Boat Then You Step Back On To A Player Shooting Your Boat You Lose Health And I've Died From It Alot....
You sure? I would totally want 10 players attempting to stay on my boat after being flung and then having them mowing the shit out of my boat over. (taking no damage)
How about -15 HP/ -20 HP per contact? Also, prevent damage from happening when someone swims underneath and bumps his/ her head into your feet, please.
Yeah good solution imagine his/hers boat is over yours and you arent paying attention then what are you gonna do if you step on their boat on an accident??
I've died a couple times from stepping on boats, and sure it's annoying. But it's better off now then it used to be, it's not perfect at the moment but the whole taking damage system is working better then the people glitch bouncing on top. It's on it's way and it will work out fine eventually!
Like I said before, crank it down to -15 HP per contact and everyone will be a happy camper. Also, for the love of fuck: Get rid of contact damage that occurs whenever a player bumps another from beneath. It's completely retarded; the damage system can be more sophisticated than that.
