This event would be like the regular gameplay but with this exeptions/changes: Water would be turned green when "Build Time" is over (optional) When props/players make contact with water they lose life, players would lose it faster than regular Bugbait and rocket launcher is unavailable All people should be wearing an specific skin suited for the event like a hazmat or something (optional) Poisoned water would make like 0,5-2 damage per-sec. (discusable) The point of the game is to build boats that have very little props touching the water so that the top props are safe and last more like the mortar event with the roofs. The bugbait would be unavailable as people would lose lots of life easily because of the water and the rocket launcher is disabled so props aren't detached breaking the boat and making it have contact in the water. Still working on the name.
This is what it sounds like. Like a build to the top mode but worse. I don't get why this is a thing.
@Panci┬as I really like this idea. I do however have some alterations/changes that I believe would make it better. If you like them, edit your post and put the changes there. I believe water during the build time should start out green. This will cause players to want to keep there boat out of the water as long as possible. I think during battle phase, random "gasses" should come up over the water. We could simply make these gases the cloud that comes out of the bug bait when thrown. It would have the same effect as bug bait doing small amounts of damage and blurry vision. 2-3 clouds could appear at a time. The hazmat suit idea is great. I wonder if we can get a hazmat suit player model and make it to where if you are wearing the suit, bug bait or toxic gas will not harm you. Also maybe the toxic water won't hurt you as fast. Hazmat suit could be at a discounted price in the store if you buy during the event. Also we already have an H.E.V. suit player model. We could probably use that as well or instead of a hazmat suit. If props take a steady damage, it needs to be minimal. We still want people to last a long time in battle round and not everyone dies within 2 minutes. So probably 1 damage per 3-4 seconds would be fine. Player damage should be high if they fall in the water. This toxic goop isn't to be messed with. 10hp per second seems good.
I honsetly dont like it i mean some people like me just suck at making taller boats i mean maybe we could just do to were it damages u quicker like maybe 10 damage per second or something but being able to damage the props if that was added i think it should maybe be 5 damage per 5 seconds
no its just that im thinking new people or other people wouldnt be good at it and it yes may be hard for me an many other players
the skin part wouldn't be very fair for the new players or people who just cant afford the coins to buy the skin. if we do add this you should make it damage your props instead of extra damage per sec
I suggest changing the event name to Corrosion. Event concept is simple, but good. ____________________ It's a small gripe that I have, but for the future, whenever you're going to devise a poll, just include straight-answer responses (i.e., "YES", "NO"). Response options that suggest uncertainty (e.g., "Durp, idaknowgeorge") do not help with decision making; anyone that bothers submitting input should be readily decisive. If a participant doesn't know what to say, they ought to come back after reflecting for several more minutes, hours, etc. Let them spin their hamster wheels. Spoiler
Yeah that's what I was thinking but it would be only for that round. Also I don't get why everyone hates skyboats so much one rocket missile and it will break or one grenade you have mini grenades in your smg too now.
