We currently have the christmas and halloween events, and I think we should have one in the heart of summer when the servers are at their most popular. Unique playlist Have a new selection of upbeat songs that fit the weather, instead of regular songs, calypso/dancehall songs similar to Spoiler Piñata Similar to the Christmas presents, have players occasionally be given a gift at the end of a round. Could be some flood money, some tokens, or maybe a 1/10 chance of being given some summer gear like sunglasses? New props Beach umbrellas, beach balls, volleyball nets, wind breaks, inflatables, deck chairs etc. (Plenty of options in the workshop especially for the inflatables) Spoiler: Currently planned <sneak peek> Props Beach Ball Spoiler Beach Chair more to be added Decorations Coconut Trees Spoiler more to be added Fireworks Everybody loves the fireworks from the 4th of july event. Materials/Colours Liven up the servers by giving all players access to the colour + materials tool Summer gear Reduce the prices of items like sunglasses and maybe add some store items for a limited time like water wings and rubber rings. Couldn't find too much on the workshop myself but there must be stuff like sandals etc. Couldn't find any fitting playermodels either but there may be some. @Dawson and I could add summer accessories and whatnot, there's a lot of shades and related hats out there on the workshop (including props) Forcing player color/physgun to yellow would be cool (custom color overrides)
Great idea, we need seasonal events more spread out since they happen only in a october and december. Good ideas and things that would really buff up our playerbase.
Does anybody with knowledge of gmod know if it would be possible to retexture the map's floor to sand? Or do something similar?

I wouldn't mind TOO much personally if you could only buy it at certain times of the year, but it is still obnoxious
I could see why it was hated but I think as a summertime exclusive (possibly) playermodel it could be a nice idea.
