Prop Buffet! During the build phase... There are no limits on the amount of a certain prop that can be spawned. Do note that this doesn't refer to the total prop limit per player or team. Prop costs are lowered to 50%-75% of their original price. (Optional) The build phase duration is increased from around 4 minutes to around 6 minutes. During the fight phase... Prop health is decreased, ranging anywhere from 50%-75% of their original health. During this event, players are allowed to spawn as many of a type of prop as they want - with total prop limits per player/team retained of course. To make things more fair for those who don't want to spend a lot, the cost of buying props would be lowered. The cost per prop would be something like 50%-75% of its normal price. In addition, something to consider, though I don't think it would be completely necessary, would be a longer build time (~5-6 minutes, perhaps) to give players more time to build. This event not only would be fun for builders, but would let people create more unique and out-there boats, without being limited to only putting down only one buoy for example. Of course, with having a boat made of 20 vending machines there comes a problem; prop health, and the fact that players will not have enough time to destroy one another's boats because of it. To this problem I propose two options - either increasing player damage, or decreasing the amount of health a prop has. The latter change, decreasing prop health, is probably best because it balances out how much money you can make from destroying props. Otherwise the event would just end up being a profit bonanza. I think that decreasing most prop's health to at most three-quarters of their original health would be best. This would have to vary, as if the percentage was low enough most low-health props would be rendered useless. I feel as though this event wouldn't be too impossible to incorporate and would allow people to be more creative with what they build as I mentioned before, and maybe even involve some more extensive strategies. As for the coding part, although I'm not very program-savvy, I could guess that it would temporarily apply the same prop limit as the leek or paper towel prop has; the rest of it shouldn't be too difficult given the fact that other events do the same thing (lowering prop price/health). The increased build time would be like the opposite of the Haste event pretty much, in that instead of having a few minutes less to build a boat, you'd get a few minutes extra. Thanks for reading! This is actually my first real post on these forums. I'd appreciate any criticism or questions about the topic.
