I actually wanted to post my resignation thread yesterday, but since I was busy (due to lack of sleep from conference + CNY celebrations), I had to delay my resignation for a bit. Anyway, I am now typing it while attending another reunion dinner. Anyway, due to military commitments and my conscription to the military on the 11th of February, I have decided to resign from my moderating duties from today onwards. While I've only held on my position for only a month, I had a great time here bonding with other members in the community. It was truly a great experience for me, and I want to thank everyone here for being such an amazing community to start out with. I will most likely be confined for the first two weeks upon enlistment and I won't be able to visit the servers like I used to before. My forum activity will most likely fall, although I will still hop on once in a while for a chat. After a few months, depending on which vocation I am assigned to, I might reapply for staff again if I have sufficient time to moderate. Hopefully, I can still be part of this community if possible. Happy Lunar New Year to you guys!
there goes our most active staff member rip also one of the last Jr mods I still liked fuckin god damn good luck brah
You prob would have been promoted if you could have stuck around. That just shows how good of a staff member you were (at least in my point of view). I'm sure you will be welcomed back whenever that may be. Take care bud.
You're literally like the only staff member I ever +1'd. You will really be missed around here, you definitely would have been a good admin.
Good luck on your endeavors! I really had a great time when you are apart of the staff team. You'll never leave the community's heart including mine.
Knock 'em dead! We enjoyed having you be a part of the community and hope you will be able to visit from time to time. I had a very nice time chatting and playing with you! Spoiler If anyone had missing chromosomes, they'd be dead. Non-plant organisms are more sensitive to genetic aberrations; aneuploidy (chromosome pair unbalance) in cases such as n+1 (addition) or n-1 (deletion) for select chromosomes* would likely be the threshold that humans can tolerate--albeit not without grave developmental consequences. *i.e., 21, 18, X Spoiler: Reply I was unaware, but oh well.
"They'd be dead" "Then goes on to talk about how it's possible you'll just have stuff wrong with you" I would say people with turners are technically missing chromosomes in some of their cells. I rekon you could still play gmod with turners, or one of the rarer actual deletions.
yeah, i was pretty sure bio taught me that there are some extremely rare conditions where chromosomes could be missing or partly missing
Down syndrome occurs when an individual has a full or partial extra copy of chromosome 21, maybe that's what you are thinking of?
nope, I distinctly remember learning that missing specific chromosomes is a condition, albeit extremely rare
