We no longer have the "No languages other than English outside team chat" rule because we now have an EU server. Whilst the server is hosted in the UK that does not mean that a majority of the players that play on it speak fluent English. You can't simply claim that it's an English speaking server, we've never claimed that for the EU server. We previously had a rule on the US servers because I'd say <96% of our playerbase spoke English fluently (or at least well) and it was really annoying just hopping on a server and hearing these two team-members speaking Spanish or something when they could very easily just use teamchat. In fact the amount of English players only slightly outweighs the number of Russians (Only a bit more than 10%). We would like our servers to cater to the maximum number of people possible. If you find a bunch of Russians screaming down their mic however that's another story. I'd suggest you try to get a moderator on the server (Add some of us on steam if you wish), call in the shoutbox, or gather evidence for a ban request (We usually handle them pretty quickly). tl;dr we're happy stopping the Russian micspammers but we're not stopping them from speaking in the language of the fatherland just because it's not your language.
If they are micspamming > Request a ban If you just don't like other languages being spoken over the mic > Hold Tab and click the speaker icon on the far right from their name which will mute them Problem solved
