You were banned by the anti-cheat back in October for connecting to the BR server while using cheats. It wasn't very long ago and you should remember it. It seems like you're lying a lot in your ban appeal about "not cheating" and also "not remembering it".
Check my facts kid? We have logs of the anti-cheat picking up on numerous different cheats you were using when you tried connecting to the battle royal. These logs don't lie. I believe you that you didn't cheat in flood, because how are you going to cheat in flood? But I don't believe you when you say you don't remember being permanently banned from the BR server for cheating. And I extra don't believe you have never used cheats before.
Whether you cheated on battle-royale or not, you had scripts loaded up, you did cheat on other servers and it is not farfetched to assume that you would attempt to cheat on our servers. I believe Silver's judgement is correct, that said make an appeal thread in the bans section, it is unlikely however that you will be unbanned, you were expressely warned after your first perma to avoid even loading up cheats. Here's a quote from counter, your previous unbanner "Okay. I've decided to lift your ban, but anti-cheat didn't ban you for just nothing so your statement is incorrect there. Remove any foreign files (garrysmod/lua) or external programs that's manipulating game code. This is your last unban."
