I was thinking that different branches of staff should have set skins so prople can easily ask people what to do. Just an example is that Jr. Mod is Zombie then Mod is Zombie with head crab and so on. Also I would like to see a proper punishment list like times for doing stuff.
As to your idea for skins, we already have Tags in both chat and in the tab menu so I don't think that it's necessary. Plus I like to have the freedom to wear the skins I've spent like 2mil on. As to your second point. Here you go
