    Okay, Ryan. Lets make things clear.
    You've been banned for proppushing many times, and (somehow, which is a big mystery for me) evaded 3 permament bans.
    First one (5-th time) was an overkill, i can understand it and take it as it is, but even after evading ONE PERMA you still continue to proppush. Kolser - third moderator - gave you another one for the same reason, and you were still... free. Unchained. Doin' the same thing.
    Third Perma was given to you by CounterCraftz, and you still were not touched by his, mine, and Kolsers ban.
    Now, fourth one (and i might be wrong here), given BY A FUCKIN DEV (sorry for my french) is holding you still. Finally.

    So, Ryan. Even if I unban you, if you will make "worthy" appeal, you still need to release your permament bans, made by Kolser, CounterCraftz and, of course, Donkey and\or Bayrock (if they actually gave you "real" perma). Good luck to you with that.
