Briefly explain what happened:
used the ban command and attempted to remove me from the server perm. for me reporting him earlier on for him minging my props. this is an abuse of his voting powers and this will be my x2 report against him. my first report with proof he was minging

This is Horribly wrong, He was being rude/disrespectful to everyone, By calling them names/swearing a LOT! and when I vote banned him, He left the game, So when he got back on, I did it again. I just got gold today, I may have gone overboard, But he definately deserved it.
